We offer return and exchange policy for unbeatable customer satisfaction. When you buy online at WaaoMart, you can change or return what you bought. In both cases, you can do it:
We return or exchange products that received damaged, faulted, wrong or malfunctioned.
You have to claim the damaged product or the product you want exchange within a period of 3 days, otherwise your claim after the 3rd day of delivery date, will be invalid.
The customer is obliged to justify the reason for the return of the product.
Send back the product to our office, within 2 or 3 days.
Our team will check and verify that the claim made by you.
In case your product is damaged or malfunctioned, we will contact the supplier and further proceed.
As we are a third-party supplier of Amazon in Pakistan, exchange or refund details will be shared to the supplier and the process might take 10 to 15 days.
We restrict you to make sure the correct use of electronic products before you make a return or exchange (do not plug a 100V product in 220V socket).
We don’t entertain return or exchange for the following products;
* Apparel items
* DVDs, CDs
* Video games
* Products without any Serial number or UPC
* Items with tag “This product is not eligible for returns”
Please note that returns at our Lahore Office are free of charge, and that those made via private mail have an administrative charge, which will be informed when you notify us of your desire to process the return.
