Review:Beautiful packaging, glittery... but there isn't even a close amount of line inside. I used this one time and it dried up. Unbelievable. So I opened the 2nd container. It worked twice. Review:I've worn this for a few days now and it has been good. It goes on easily. The tip is firm, yet soft. It allows you to draw a fine line or a thicker line for a more dramatic look.
