Review:I have a solid wood desk top at 1.25” (about 31.5 mm) and this charger is not working. There’s an indicator that the phone is being charged, but it never actually increases the battery percentage shown. In addition, the charger got really warm while it was charging. Seemed excessively warm by Qi charger standards. I have at least or seven different types of Qi chargers around my house and car, this is the warmest one I’ve ever seen. I may try a different location with a width a bit smaller and/or rabbit the desktop’s wood so it’s a shorter distance and see if things change for the better. Read more
