Review:I received the product and it was missing a wheel and the heat resistant matt. This is a huge inconvenience for someone that truly needed the tray. I bought this for my wife because her old tray was not sturdy and was not adjustable. The product is great I am just upset that I did not receive all the parts and it wouldn't be a big deal if it was just the matt missing but one of the wheels? How is that justified!? Read more
