Review:Took us too long to figure out my granddaughter’s blistered and bleeding bum was from pampers sensitive wipes. I saw another water wipe review mention a pediatrician say how bad they are. I wish we would have known! Pediatrician said it was common for acidic stools to cause horrible trashed so we tried every diaper cream in store and on Amazon. After nothing truly helped, we changed wipes. Honest brand helped right away but, honestly, these wipes helped more. Should have made these the first go to! Switching to these wipes started truly clearing her rash in 1 diaper change. It took several days for her skin to heal but these wipes are the best and the only thing we will use on her now. Wish they were a little thinker material, especially for the price, but the incredibly small ingredient list makes them a must use even if we don’t love their size or material. Read more

Review:My daughter developed a terrible rash during her stay at the hospital following birth, I have always used a warm washcloth to clean after diaper changes especially the first month because my babies seem to have very sensitive skin but it’s not convenient to constantly go threw wash cloth’s especially when I’m out and about. I received one package of these at my baby shower and after using them I will not use another brand. They are great for sensitive skin and I haven’t had an issue with diaper rash since! I love these, I just wish they were readily available at more stores but I’ve been lucky to be able to order them here on Amazon. Read more

Review:When I first delivered my son the hospital supplied us with Huggies Little Snugglers diapers and Pampers Sensitive Wipes . When he was very little the diapers were perfectly fine even though I had my heart set on pampers and pre-bought a bunch of preemies, newborns and size 1's. Long story short - after a couple of weeks the Huggies started to leak and we we had to switch brands.I was super glad we had stocked up on Pampers diapers, which haven't failed us thus far. HOWEVER, I do have to say that the Pampers wipes were not so great. The hospital gave us some wipes to take home with us and I bought about a million before little man was born. After just a few days out of the hospital, we noticed that his little bum was a bit red and irritated and I assumed he was somehow getting a diaper rash - which was perplexing because my fiance and are I always on top of his hygiene. We took him to the pediatrician who told us NO to Pampers, even the sensitive kind, and that she has had babies come into her office with chemical burns from wipes such as Pampers and Huggies. Her suggestion (or kind of demand) was that we buy giant cotton balls and use warm water. WELL, if you're a new parent or a parent in general and living in the real world - this is not as easy-peasy as it sounds. I was willing to do it because, well, doctors orders and I don't want my son to be harmed in any way. My fiance was less than convinced about this process but I was not about to let him use Pampers or Huggies or basically any other kind of chemical wipe. But I certainly I wasn't going to let him get out of diaper duty because it was too much of an inconvenience to use cotton balls and water. I did some investigating and was a little unsettled about the hidden ingredients in most baby wipe brands.According to the Environmental Working Group's analysis of ingredients commonly found in products such as cosmetics and baby wipes - up to 95% of baby wipes, specifically, may be contaminated with impurities that are, mind-boggingly- not regulated by the government. While the ingredients in the wipes aren't necessary toxic in themselves - chemical carcinogens, namely nitrosamines, can potentially form during the manufacturing process, during interaction with what the item is packaged in and after the product has been opened and stored. Essentially, some of the ingredients in baby wipes become contaminated for the aforementioned reasons and thus become entirely different ingredients that technically are not required to be disclosed to customers. I'm not a chemist and I know plenty of people who use and swear by Pampers and Huggie's wipes. Their babies and children are seemingly fine. It's doubtful every pack of baby wipes is going to cause cancer or contact dermatitis. And while not an alarmist - nonetheless, I was concerned about the information I came across. Also, I did not want to defy our son's doctor because she's totally awesome and an itty itty bit intimdiating. So that was it for me. I love you Pampers Swaddlers but your wipes gotta go and you can take most of your competitor brands with you. Except WaterWipes. When I found out these wipes were made of mostly water with a hint of grapefruit extract - I felt like this could be an excellent compromise between warm water and cotton balls and easily disposable and safe wipes IF WaperWipes lived up to its claims. I read up on the Amazon reviews and the majority of the reviews were positive and encouraging; thus I decided it was definitely worth trying. I must say that WaterWipes has lived up to its promises. Some of the reviewers claim these wipes are too dry. I kind of find this to be an issue with wipes in general. I've never used a brand of wipes that were super moist and stayed that way. It's just par for the course, IMO. I love these wipes. They are gentle enough to use anywhere. I even sometimes use them to remove my makeup in a pinch, even scrub off mascara. At first I thought the tiny bit of grapefruit extract might burn my eyes, but it did not. Also, there is no heavy fragrance to WaterWipes, which I can't stand in most baby products. The wipes don't dry out while being stored. They don't turn yellow or start to look burnt in the wipe warmers like some of the other brands I've used or seen used. I find it silly that some people complain about the price because it only has water and grapefruit extract. I'd rather pay more for simplicity that pay less for a bunch of chemicals that gave my baby red skin that was on the verge of becoming raw had our doctor not stopped us in time. I don't find the price to be outrageous - but even if it were - I'd probably still buy them for the sake of convenience. And, as I said, I like having them around for myself. I have a wipe warmer in every room and if I need to wash little man's face from spit up or his hands from drool or my hands from baby formula - no need to dash to the sink every time. I use these wipes instead, they are very multi-purposed. The one little complaint I have is that they don't seem to come apart easily. I'm NEVER ever able to pull them out individually from the wipe warmers so we just lift the whole thing up and grab what we need. My fiance, my friend who is frequently here and mostly anyone else is able to take one wipe at a time this way. But I can't help but manage to grab AT LEAST four every time, but that problem seems to be on my end. Also, before we got the WaterWipes, we seemed to have a problem with ANY brand of wipes easily dispensing from the warmer or their packages. This annoys me about wipes in general but nothing is really perfect. These wipes, however, come pretty darn close. I won't buy anything else and I won't recommend anything else. Read more

Review:The amount of space these detergent sheets takes up is so little, it's great! Especially when it comes to recycling the packaging once you've used all the sheets. A lot less space than those big detergent jugs. And as for cleaning clothes, it does its job. My clothes come out clean and don't smell like I've been sitting in them for days at a time, never leaving my house. It takes 2 sheets for small loads, 3 sheets for medium loads, and 4 sheets for large loads. If you have a really large load, I'd recommend splitting up the load into 2 and then washing from there. Just to make sure your clothes are getting clean. I look forward to my continued use of this product as it goes a long way and is a lot easier to manage how many sheets are going in per load. 5/5 definitely recommend! Read more

Review:I have been using water wipes for two years now. I have used huggies natural, pampers pure, and pipette baby. I purchased pipette and the hospital gave the other two brands. These wipes were better than the other three brands. They are great for sensitive skin and I saw an approvement with diaper rash. I experienced diaper rash with the other 3 brands on both of my children. Please keep in mind my children and I both have sensitive skin. I also love that they have a great rating with EWG. Even though they dont have a scent they do have smell but it's not bad and it will not transfer onto your baby. They are soft and have worked well with both of my children. I have a 2 year old boy and a 1 month girl. The only thing better than these is cloth wipes which I also use. The best product comparison would be the mustela wipes but I have not tried them. Review:OK. Yes I liked the older one BUT the new ones are better for the environment so... 1) The new wipes are smaller & dryer. I think the reason is the biodegradability. So when I open a new pack I just add some filtered water to it & that way it is a wet as I want it to be. 2) getting just one vs a chunk of them - I run my finger back & forth over the top one & the edge of one curls up & I can pull just one out. Problem solved 3) Added bonus - because they are drier I can add whatever I want to them. I marked a pack with a sharpie "WH" & added alcohol free witch hazel to it & now I have really inexpensive witch hazel face wipes for myself! Read more

Review:My babies skin loves this, I was skeptical, but my mother in law gifted this to us and I’m so happy she did, I don’t have to use the buttcream anymore because my babies butt doesn’t get red after I switched to these wipes. There’s no scent. Even better then the pampers wipes, love it Read more

Review:I’ve been buying these wipes since my daughter was born and they’re my favourite. The last box that came has a “new look but same purity”. These wipes are COMPLETELY different. They’re extremely small and thin (I have to use double the wipes every time), rough, and have a chemical smell. And are the same price as always. Since I can’t trust the brand anymore I’ll have to switch to something else. Read more

Review:Now that they’ve updated their composition of the wipe to be 100% viscose or whatever it is made from bamboo, the wipes give off a very weird smell. Almost like chlorine, but it’s not actually chlorine. They say on their website that the change is due to the material used and the manufacturing process. I really miss the old scent because there was barely one. Almost makes me want to switch to different wipes from a different brand, which really sucks because other ones use way more ingredients than water wipes does. Read more

Review:I have ordered these wipes for the last two years and they have always worked fantastic for us. These were the only wipes we could use and I was happy to pay more of a premium price since they worked so well. The “new look” wipes arrived to my house a couple days ago and I opened my first package today. They are NOT the same. The ingredients are listed as the same however, somehow the instructions to “use the package within 4 weeks” has changed to 2 weeks (pictures above). Why would this be if the ingredients are the same? The new ones smell is awful. The old wipes smelled like nothing, they are supposed to be 99.9% water. The new wipes smell of chemicals, even though there are supposed to be none in them. And finally, the quality of these “new look” wipes are much worse. They are flimsy and cheap feeling and don’t feel as “wet” as the old ones do. Thankfully, I have a couple packs of the old wipes that I will be using until I can find another alternative as these are now useless and for this price I wouldn’t recommend this as a pure water wipe. Review:The product is excellent and I have been using it for last two years. However I had very bad experience with my last two orders from different sellers. The product has a printed manufacturing and expiry date by the company. The seller in both cases erased all data from the package and shipped product without any expiry information. This being a personal care product and made especially for babies, I found it to be a very bad practice on part of the seller. The intention of seller is malicious and can cause serious harm since most probably this was done to sell an expired product. I urge Amazon to blacklist both the seller. Read more

Review:We’ve been using WaterWipes for 6 months now and loved them but this batch with the “New look” smelled completely different when opened. It smelled like alcohol/chemicals. Still I trusted it and used it on my LO’s bum and it caused the worst diaper rash we have ever seen!! My poor babe. Do not buy these toxic wipes! Read more
