Review:The light ring that came with this product did not work. Also, it did not have a manual. I plugged it in to power and pressed the power button on the controller repeatedly, and NOTHING happened. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement, which came today. So the replacement had the exact same problem, which makes me think it's just a piece of junk. Eventually, the light did come on, but only after many attempts. Also, the button to change colors did not work. The controls on the cord seem very cheaply made and extremely unreliable. Do not buy this piece of junk! I'm returning it for a full refund. Read more
