Review:I am new to contouring, so this basic set is great for me. I purchased light to medium, and my skin is very fair. The colors work great. I feel like the product gives my face definition, though I don't follow the instructions exactly–– I just put it around my cheek area instead of on my nose, forehead, chin, and above the lip as well. It only takes a few seconds longer than a regular blush application, and I feel that it yields a nice result with more depth than blush alone. The color of the blush itself is very flattering, while the white highlighter is subtle and pretty. The bronzer/brown color is not too dark, but does need to be blended a bit to look natural, as expected. The only issue I have with this set is the brush. It works well for application of the dark color, but is a bit small for blush, and using it for different colors causes the colors to mix together on the brush. I wish that the set included the brush it has now, a bigger blush brush, and a blender. However, I have these other items on hand, so it's not too big of an issue. Overall, I recommend the product, especially for contouring newbies who want to try it out but not invest too much time or effort into the process. Read more

Review:I love having all three products in one kit. The highlighter is great, just illuminates, doesn’t leave you with a face full of glitter. The contour isn’t muddy and does the job without looking obvious. The blush is a little bright for my taste, so I really have to blend. This is the kit I use the most, because it is so convenient. The wear time is just average, so I use a different product if I am going to be out all day, but overall, it’s a pretty good product. Read more

Review:I was delighted to get this beautiful palette at only $4.35 as it is more expensive everywhere else I've looked. It is a nice natural looking palette. The bronzer is a bit warm tonened for actual contouring but It makes a beautiful bronzer on my pale skin( loreal true match N1 for reference). All three blend out fine on my skin and left me with a healthy look. The included brush is too small for a face brush but it actually makes a wonderful eyeshadow brush. Dont throw it out. I often like to use these contour palettes as eyeshadow for a cohesive look. This really does look beautiful all over the face, as eyeshadow with the blush as a lid color, bronzer as a transition color and the highlight as a brow bone color then I use the palette for blush bronzer and highlight . It's a very soft look. This works best over foundation and with an eye primer if you use it as eyeshadow. It's just a simple pretty product. The highlight isn't blinding but is a lovely color for everyday, when you just want to look pretty. I like wearing this with a simple nude matte pink lip color. Review:My face: not alabaster, but pale. I wear no makeup many days. Other days I do. My cosmetic style: fast. no maintenance. simple steps. low investment for cosmetics. I am sure there are more highly pigmented contouring kits out there but they would not have met my needs. My goals were something simple I wanted error proof (didn't desire highly pigmented), glitter and shine proof, multiple use (blush, bronzer) with absolutely no orange undertones. I have a heavier face / neck and I wanted to try a little contouring without a major investment. My end assessment is that: 1. This is matte finish 2. The proportions of this pallet were perfect for me - the smallest pan of powder is indeed the highlighter which I will use the least 3. In the summer the darkest color can actually be used on my face to create a hint of color on my pale skin / similar to a bronzer. ***Amazon absolutely guarantees their products so there should be no concern here for this - but I will just mention, this came sealed and well packed in a box with air pillows. Review:I've been itching to learn how to contour for, like, ever. I spotted an ad for this Maybelline Master Contour kit and thought this would be the ticket to easy, effortless contouring. Honestly: I really like the shades in this kit. The bronze is a nice shade, though it might be a bit dark for my rather pale complexion. The blush is a very faint cotton candy-esque shade, which looks gorgeous on. It's the kind of shade that would look good on any skin tone since it has a slight shimmer to it. The real MVP here: the highlighter. Wow. I love the way this looks alone, with the rest of the master kit, and with my other makeup products when I'm not feeling a complete contour look. Subtle, but still noticeable for a dewy look. As a review fiend, I read everything I could get my hands on about this before I committed. I gave it 4/5 because of the supplied brush, not the product itself. The brush was a bit stiff and went on about a subtle as a sharpie on a sheet of paper. I used my own brushes and made this work very well. If you want a good beginners contour kit, this is definitely it. Simple, easy...just make sure you have your own brushes. Read more

Review:I love love love this palette! It's a 3-in-1 that doesn't take up a lot of space and does an excellent job contouring the face, coloring the cheeks and highlighting what you want highlighted. The contour and cheek colors are a matte finish, which I wanted, and the highlight has just smidge of shimmer. You can build with all three of these colors. The pigment is real pretty and a good quality, so you really don't need a lot. I think that any light to medium skin tone would look good with this product. I also love the fact that I don't have to search for three different products on my bathroom counter. Great for travel. And the price belies it's true value! Awesome purchase! Read more

Review:The blush, the contour and the highlighter do have considerable longevity and do stay on the face for about 6-7 hours which is incredible. The overall quality of the Maybelline Master Contour Face Contouring Kit is definitely above average and more towards the fabulous side. All the three powders do their job well and do not irritate the skin or cause any acne or anything. If you are into proper face cutting for contour, then this product is not for you. It gives some good amount of warmth to the face and also contours the face to some extent, but nothing major. Read more
