Review:I have been using this particular L'Oreal Eye Defense cream for many years and will not change to any other unless I can't find this anymore! Review:Definitely helps to reduce under eye puffiness. Not really sure if it helps with under eye circles. I have very dark under eye circles all the time, so it's hard to tell if this helps. However, it seems to be helping a bit with brightening the under eye dark circles. Nice light feel, moisturizing but not greasy. Pleasant subtle scent. A little goes a long way, so it will last you quite awhile. Read more
