Review:If I could give lass than 1 star I would. Basically the machine is OK. There are other machines that are just as good or better. My issue is with the parent company EUFY. They WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS PRODUCT SIMPLY BECAUSE ITS PURCHASED THOROUGH AMAZON. I had an issue with mine that wasn't covered under normal warrantee and I contacted eufy to see where I could send it for repairs, fully acknowledging that I was responsible for the cost of the repairs. eufy told me that they DO NOT SUPPORT MY MACHINE SIMPLE BECAUSE IY WAS PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON. Their solution was to try and sell me a new machine. I would suggest purchasing a different machine from a different manufacturer. Eufy is a less than honorable partner for Amazon. Read more

Review:Works great as a vacuum and as a robovac and seems to be cleaning nicely. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because it is currently not possible to connect this to Google Home. I contacted Eufy about this and they said that they are aware of the issue but that they don't have a solution for it at this point, but they're working on it. My whole house is using the Google Home ecosystem and one of the reasons I opted for this more expensive model over say the 11s model was the ability to connect to the Google Home system, something that is also advertised by Eufy as a possibility. Review:Am I a total dork because this little guy is sort of fun to watch cruising around, doing it's thing?! I have been very interested in trying a robovac out as we have two cats and wanted to see how it would do picking up the litter they track out of the box. Overall I am pretty pleased with this little unit though it will definitely not replace my regular Dyson vacuum. This robovac did a good job picking up that stray litter and cat hair, as well as other crumbs and such that were on the floor. I did notice when I set it to pick up a pile of litter I had swept up that the rotating brushes basically sprayed the pile all over the place but then did eventually pick most of it up. I do have quite a few transitions from hard-floor surface to carpet and this little guy trundles along without any issues, also tackling most rugs on the floor with ease. The setting I have used most is the edge setting and while it isn't perfect it does a pretty good job of sticking to the outside edges and getting the bits of dust and hair that always seem to collect there. You definitely do have to clean out the dust trap after each sweep through as that container is fairly small but it is fairly easy to remove and empty so not a huge deal. The unit was fairly quiet as well, much less than my Dyson stand-up and little cordless vacuums, so that was a nice bonus. This will largely be used for sweeping through the house every couple of days to pick up the little bits around but I still think I need to use my stand-up Dyson to really get a good deep clean on my carpets. The price of this unit was so reasonable compared to others I wasn't sure about the performance but so far I would say I have been impressed and would suggest giving this unit a try if you have been wanting to try one out and have smaller, crumb-type bits that you are looking to collect. Review:I highly recommend this product. I compared a lot of WiFi robotic vacuums before i made up my mind, so glad I bought eufy. For me, 15C is so easy to use.I just need to fully charge the robot and press the start button, it will clean and vacuum the entire room by itself. 15C works quite well on the carpeted floor. It has powerful suction but really quiet that you won't even notice it is working. Eufyhome app is very user friendly, I can process it via my phone and choose different modes. I am amazed that 15C can climb high-pile carpet under Boost IQ mode. Overall, this is a very good WiFi vacuum for a good price. Read more

Review:This is my first Robot Vaccum. I had a Dyson V8 and this is super quiet compared to Dyson V8. It is very easy to assemble. It has two front roller brushes to wipe the dirt from the corner and edges and it is super efficient to pick up them. It is very smart to find its own way back to home and it could avoid the obstacle in order to get rid of the bumps. I love it and it does help me save time and I could have it scheduled to clean every day. It is really a life-changing hands-free item for this season when I have my little fluffy friend visit me :) BTW, I am impressed by the battery life and you could start to use it right away when you receive it. Review:Super smart and easy to use cleaner. It took me about less than a minute to assemble and I used it right away without charging (probably not a good practice but I just couldn’t wait to try it out). Compare to my old robotic cleaner, it’s much smarter and more gentle - it has nice sensors and sophiticated algorithm to avoid obstacle. You can connect it in a few ways: Alexa, phone app or the remote. I prefer to use the remote, which is pretty straightforward and the robot can find the charging base without much effort when it’s done with cleaning work. Overall, I really enjoy using it. It saves me tons of time, especially in this “Fire season”. Air in Silicon Valley is just too bad these days and the floor is easy to get dirty. With this little cleaner, you don’t need to do much while still keep your home clean. Read more

Review:I’ve used it 3 times and it does a great job! I wasn’t sure if it would find home after it travelled throughout the house, but it eventually just followed a wall all the way back to the charging doc. Its an upgrade from the 11s with its wifi capabilities. The only issue I had was setting up the wifi connection. It only works on a 2.4 Ghz network. I have a dual band router and I had to shut off the 5 Ghz band and then used the “manually connect” option in the Eufy home app to connect to my 2.4 Ghz signal. Read more

Fácil de usar, limpia bastante bien, atrapa mucho polvo fino que no podrías agarrar con la escoba, es la primera aspiradora robot que compro, fácil de usar, intuitiva y tiene programación diaria para que limpie sola, no sigue un patrón de limpieza, solo va por ahí, pero cumple bien el trabajo, la pila en potencia normal le dura 2h30 hasta 3 horas, tengo una casa grande y después de que acaba de limpiar, se ve impecable, ahora solo trapeo un par de veces a la semana cuando antes era diario, venía con un repuesto de todo, su herramienta para limpiarla, cortar pelos y quitarlos. La app te notifica cuando llega a tener un problema la aspiradora, que se atoro con algo, o que ya no tiene pila, fácil de usar (A mi gato le encanta por cierto) Read more

Review:Hasta ahorita va fantástica. Me ahorra muuucho tiempo en el qué hacer de mi departamento. Ahora siempre está libre de polvo. No uso la función de programarla pues hay que asegurarse que no haya cables o cosas en el piso que se puedan atorar. Funciona bien, punto en contra es que no tiene sensor láser entonces tarda más en limpiar pues pasa varias veces por el mismo lugar pero estaba consciente de eso cuando la compré. Por ese precio, súper bien. Aspira bien en modo normal, si hay mucho polvo el modo boost consigue limpiarlo bien. Sugerencia: usar por áreas. Yo la encierro en cada cuarto unos 15 minutos para que limpie bien la zona sin dispersarse. Cuando salgo de viaje me aseguro de dejar recogido para poder activarla de forma remota por WiFi antes de regresar y encontrar todo limpio. La recomiendo (si no te alcanza para una con sensor láser). Review:Hola. Probe ya la Eufy robovac en dos casas y realmente no recomiendo este producto. Aca un listado de porqué: Su detección frontral es pésima. Asi que espere ver a la aspiradora golpear todo lo que encuentre a su paso. A veces con suficiente fuerza para tirar cosas. No detecta cosas simples, objetos grandes, patas de mesa, etc. Y ese es su principal problema que desencadena un montón de otras fallas. No es posible dejarla sin supervisión. Por más que he hecho un esfuerzo en acomodar cosas, no dejar cables en el piso, etc. para lograr que la aspiradora trabaje de forma independiente, no ha sido posible lograr un recorrido sola ni una sola vez. Siempre pasa algo. No entiende donde esta y se queda dando vueltas, tira algo y se atora ó pasa horas haciendo el amor a una chancla o al recogedor (historia verdadera). No entiendo su fijación por algunos objetos y su decisión de seguir empujando, en vez, de retirarse. Su recorrido esta mal diseñado. Vivo en un espacio pequeño, un area simple, un cuadrado. Bueno esta aspiradora solo estará limpiando medio cuadrado hasta que se agote la bateria. No puede pasar sobre alfombras. Tu alfombra tiene orillas? como cualquier alfombra, Bueno Eufy no está diseñada para poder subir alfombras. sus escobillas bajas se atoraran en la cara baja de la alfombra y ahi se acaba la historia. Eufy no sabe que hacer al respecto. Hace 5 años compre una aspiradora japonesa en descuento y funcionaba una 3 veces mejor que esta. Cuyo precio no responde a su funcionamiento. Read more

No sé porque tardé tanto en decidirme a comprarla, tengo 2 perros y aspira muy bien los pelos que sueltan, yo la pongo a aspirar todos los días y la casa nunca había estado tan limpia!! Se mete abajo de los sillones y camas (donde es complicado limpiar con la escoba). Mi perros el primer día le ladraron pero después se acostumbraron a verla limpiar. Con lo que le dura la carga alcanza a limpiar un area de 66 m2. pero sí la encierro en las recamaras para que se concentre en limpiar sólo esa área y termine rápido, después la voy moviendo ya que mi casa es de 2 plantas. Review:Después de hacer un comparativo entre varias robo aspiradoras del segmento, estoy convencido en que hice una buena compra. Esta Robovac 15C tiene buenos sensores de proximidad y es muy fácil de limpiar luego de que hace su trabajo. La app es sencilla pero útil y permite establecer horarios de limpieza, pero también contiene un control remoto que hace las mismas instrucciones. Read more
