Review:I received the product a day earlier than expected and immediately took it out of the box and began shredding. Since I was taking my time, having to open mail and destroying old documents, I was able to shred for longer periods than the 4 minutes because it didn't have time to get hot. Also, I wasn't doing 6 sheets, but more so randomly. To alleviate mail back-up, I've sat it under a chair table where I put my mail by the front door. Now, I open mail, shred what I don't need and walk away. I just wish it came in colors...a nice blue would blend in so good. Read more

Review:I got this paper shredder through Amazon. I usually got my prior shredders at Staples, but they all were expensive, except for when there was a sale on a particular model. Since there was no sale at Staples, I went with the Bonsaii 6-sheet shredder for my home use, and it's working just fine for what I need it for. I like that it's smaller than my last shredder, so I'm glad that I made the purchase! Read more

Review:This works like a charm. I have shredded credit cards, staples, multiple pages...and works perfectly. It is not too noisy...but they're all a little noisy. This one is quieter than the other I owned. Like that it has a handle to lift top off to empty. Overall...I'm happy with it. Read more

Review:Purchased in March 2020, used for normal household mail maybe once a week, followed all shredding guidelines. Had a problem with in the first month. Called the manufacturer and recieved very little help. Service agent said to just add shredder oil to the device which I purchased right away and added the oil. Still had issues with the device and now the device doesnt work at all and of course the window to return the item expired on May 31 2020 and today is June 18 2020. Review:I just purchased this less than a month ago. My old Amazon shredder stopped working and I needed a new one. I took on the project of cleaning out my apartment before May 1st- which included mail that traveled with me from 3 different apartments. The shredder came early and it never stopped working! I ended up shredding 5 big garbage bags full and it didn’t jam, stop or overheat. It is a little loud, so make sure you don’t have babies or pets sensitive to loud sounds around it There wasn’t a lot of reviews on this shredder so I was hesitant at first. Review:This shredder is about the same speed and noise level as my previous one, but it's better built. My former shredder finally quit because the cutter blades in the center, where envelopes go through, became bent. I probably fed it some envelopes that had more than 6 pages. The cutting wheels on this model are way beefier than my previous one. I think the motor would stall long before these cutting wheels could be damaged. I also like the big window that shows how much paper is in the bin. Read more

Review:Imo, this was the best value for the money based upon customer reviews. Pros: light weight, sturdy, nice grab handle, informative display with light indicators, see through bin, and safety features. Cons: slow, the bin is cheap, and minimal paper feed, but considering the price it is very consistent in speed. If you feed it under the 6 page count, it will run longer. Lastly, I could not turn down the 4 year warranty package. Read more

Review:I had a large amount of paper that needed to be shredded at home, all things that need to be shredded for privacy for work – so after some looking around on Amazon, I decided to get this shredder as it seemed to be a good balance between price and performance (the 6 sheet that is). As for functionality, the shredder definitely gets the job done, and I managed to fill up a good three bin bags full of shredded paper. It is also compact and easy to fit in a room somewhere like a home office under a desk or table to keep out your way. In addition, it’s very easy to open up and remove all of the shredded paper from, and you get a good idea of how full it is with the small window. It’s also capable of properly dealing with paper clips and staples with no problem at all, and a reverse button is included just in case you have any paper jams which saved me some trouble. From my experience, one downside is that it does not take six sheets of paper. I could get to about four of five sheets of regular A4 notebook paper at maximum. At six sheets I found the shredder would just jam, so it’s not exactly as I expected it to be. It’s also not the quickest thing to use, you have to be patient to not use it too long so it overheats (also happened to me). Overall, this is not a bad shredder. It gets the job done whilst being small so it’s easy to store somewhere at home, and it’s not unbearably noisy either. Hope this helps. Read more

Review:I don’t usually have much to shred but since my previous shredder broke, there’s been a bit of a build up. Based on the product description I was expecting to do a few minutes, then leave it to cool down, then go back, do some more and so on. However, this shredder has just kept going. I’ve got through loads, sometimes single sheets, other times up to 6 sheets at a time with no jams, no overheating, no issues at all. I like the way it it continues to run for a couple of seconds after the sheets of paper have gone through. This helps clear any remaining bits. Also like the handle to lift the top section from the bin. I’m very happy to recommend this based on my experience so far. Read more

Review:Just bought this based on the good reviews, opened and set it up. Literally tried two lots of paper (5 sheets each) before the paper got stuck in the blades and clumped up, therefore making it impossible to put through any more paper. When we looked at it, there was also huge clumps of crease on the underside (along with a terrible smell of oil) which is probably what contributed to the paper clumping up and made it impossible to carry on. Will return right away. Invest in a higher quality one if you value your time and money. Read more

After contacting Bonsaii’s customer services they were quick to help and offer advice on how I could resolve it. Despite attempting several methods, the shredder still wouldn’t work and Bonsaii were kind enough to send another one to me. Review:The media could not be loaded. Don’t waste your money absolutely useless for almost £40 Prior to buying this I had a cheap old one for years absolutely done me a treat bought this one to upgrade and gave my old one to a friend and this thing hasn’t worked properly from day one. It’s being returned tomorrow and I’ll be buying one from somewhere else.
