Review:I spent a lot of time reviewing cameras as a replacement for my old FujiFilm camera . . . after a lot of thought, I decided to get a slim model I could pocket while hiking, but I wanted a decent zoom (x10+). I looked for weeks and didn't pull the trigger until I saw this camera. This is a first day, first use review. I received it last night, went through the basic instructions from the box and inserted the battery and a flash card (not included). I then plugged it in to charge and left it on over night. - This morning I turned in on and went through the .pdf instruction book (much more complete, the link to which was provided with the camera). I then took a couple of test pictures and went for a walk. The camera fit in my pants pockets easily, but I ended up carrying it in the front pouch of my hoodie. I took a couple of dozen on this misty morning and have included a couple with this review. So far, so good. Pics only, and only on Auto, are looking pretty darned good. The anti-shake function works very well and the battery is still showing full. I am thus far happy with my purchase. I will add to the review as I use more functions. - Jan 18 2020 I have used the camera at least a dozen times since my first review. I have yet to recharge it and it still shows a full charge. I have added three new pics . . . I am no professional by any means, but I bought this as a pocket camera for general use and thus far I am satisfied. Read more

Review:I take photos of houses every day for work. I have been doing this for 8 years. I bought this camera hoping I could use it for work. This camera has the worst zoom function I have ever used. Blurry photos almost every time you use the zoom function. I cannot use this camera for work as I can not provide clear photos. This is a terrible camera and should not be sold without warning people that you can't use the zoom function. Very disappointed. Returning for refund today. Very deceitful of Kodak to do this. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Read more

Review:After trying so many cameras and having to return them because they did not work or had Quick start guides that you needed a giant microscope and 3 pairs of glasses to read because the print was so tiny I was beginning to lose faith in Amazon and their cameras. Then I decided to purchase this one, spent a little more money but it was worth it. We love this camera. It does everything that we needed it to do...lovely bright pictures etc. It also has a Quick start guide that's easy to read, a back up support team here on Amazon and a website to go on if you have any further questions. It's well made and so easy to travel with. We love it! Read more

Review:I made a video with the camera mounted to a tripod. It was for a speech. The subject was stationary, well lit and within 6 feet of the camera. Upon review of the video, the focus constantly changed in and out of focus and made a clicking noise every time it did it. Horrible and non reliable for capturing a one time event. Do not buy this. I bet the camera in your phone is way better than this garbage. I am so mad that I missed the return window. Stuck with it and there is no way I can imagine putting myself through the frustration of using is for anything worthwhile. Read more

Review:I liked the camera but the battery wouldn't hold a charge. There is no option to replace it so I have no choice but to return. I notice to buy another is $40 more than I paid a month ago. It's not worth the higher price. Read more

Review:For the price, it's great. I ride a bicycle and take pictures from bike. My cellphone which takes great photos was too difficult to handle and view the camera screen. Also, my cell phone or more expensive cameras are too valuable to risk dropping or losing. This camera takes great photos, pleasantly surprized at the zoomed in photos of distant landscapes. I hang it from wrist or handle bars so it takes a beating with no problems (so far). I suspect the low price is due to no wifi connections so you download your photos the old fashion way by inserting memory card into a computer. I am very happy with its small size, ease of use, charging system, and menu modes available. I do wish it had a viewfinder to look through in bright sunshine but very few digital cameras have them any more. I would recommend this inexpensive workhorse of a camera for travel or vacations, etc. And if I break it or lose it, it is easy to replace. Read more

Review:Chose this to replace an old digital camera that had died for my mother in law. She isn't technically sharp and while the camera is point and shoot, it didn't have the same photo editing features of the older camera. The camera didn't hold a battery charge for any period of time and it may have had a problem in that regard that I'm not be fair about. I returned the camera because my mother in law didn't care for the way it worked. In proper hands it may be a perfectly good camera but if simplicity is what you're looking for keep looking. The manual was 94 pages. Read more

Review:A kids toy camera with 2 megapixels will probably take better images than this thing. It is by far; the worst camera I have ever used. i would estimate it would cost around £15 to make this thing. It is so cheap and flimsy and it is VERY slow to react to anything. The screen is incapable of showing anything and I downloaded the images I took - just to confirm their quality. The results were so bad....I wiped and formatted my SD card and put this thing that claims to be a camera; back into its box for returns. There are MANY second hand or new cameras that will give you quality and decent images. This device CANNOT give decent images and the zoom makes things even more blurry. Save yourself the money and hassle of buying this thing. The menu selection button also moves when you press it - and not in the way it is supposed to. The build quality is the worst I have ever seen in a camera. Read more

Review:Does anyone else have this sane problem with the 32GB SD Card? Doesn't matter how many photos you take, the remaining display shows 9999 photos and will not decrease. It will with smaller cards but with the maximum of 32GB's it won't. Read more
