Review:The boots are great, fit great, feel great, and serve their purpose perfectly. HOWEVER when my wife took them out of the box and reached in one of the boots to take out the stuffing, she felt something poke her in the hand. We looked down inside the boot and saw this razor blade sticking straight up in the air. It's just a blade, very dirty with rust on it, and the end was wrapped with electrical tape as some sort of handle. It was wedged in the boot as to not just fall out so I can't imagine someone just dropped it in there by mistake. This could have turned out very bad. We have heard of things like this but have never experienced it fist hand. We will be contacting Columbia as well. Read more

Review:Well, I've had these for about 9 months. I had moved to Canada in October and wanted to have a decent, waterproof winter boot to wear when the snows came. These are cute and comfortable and had the potential to be warm, but when it comes to being waterproof these get a big fat F. The first time I walked in wet snow my toes were getting wet at the seams on the bottom. Totally unnacceptable for a winter boot that says it's waterproof. Don't waste your money here. I further tested them be sticking just the bottom of the toes into a pond of water with perfectly dry socks on. Yep, they failed for waterproof test there too. Look elsewhere, I wish I would have! Review:These boots are awesome. comfort: 10+, Style: 10, fit as they should: 10. They do not make my calf feel like its in a cast like most of the heavy duty cold weather boots do. They are soft inside and have a great sole. They also have a really good grip on the bottom that does not slip easily; its the rubber they used. I really love these boots and they are pretty cute too. I got the 7.5 and they fit a hair larger than my 7.5 sketcher shoes. However, I tried the 7 and they were a hair too small so I am still a 7.5 like all my other shoes. This is nice because if I wanted an insert or foot warmer in there or wear thick socks then there is room for that; most wear thick socks in the winter so this is so perfect.. I like that they do not fit snug on my toes, there is room so they don't get sore or squished. Ohh, and they don't make my feet sweat either. I wore them in 50 degree weather and did not get sweaty, to my surprise. These boots are actually rated to be in -25 degree weather. Ill never be in that temp so I cant rate on that but they are warm in the 20 degree where I do go in. I included pictures, the boots fit well under pants or if you lace them looser they will fit your pant leg under them; really versatile. Mine are a size 7.5 and my pictures will show how they are not bulky and still have a cute look to them. The toe and partial sides are a suede and the bottom sides are a rubber like material and the upper sides are a canvas like material. They are also waterproof! Ill buy these again if needed. Review:As someone who lives in a cold/snowy climate (at the base of the mountains in Utah) and who participates in a lot of outdoor winter activities, I did a lot of research before buying a pair of winter/snow boots. I'm always thrilled when I get it right on the first try without having to send anything back. These boots are worth every penny. I have come to be a major fan of Columbia outerwear in general and these boots were no exception! From the moment I put them on I knew I would love them if they kept the warmth in and the wet out- which they do! These boots are extremely comfortable! I can wear them all day and don't want to take them off! They aren't a fashion accessory but aren't ugly either which is nice. I bought them to do a job, not look darling, but I actually really like the way they look as well. They look just fine under my jeans. They fit great and are "substantial" without being super clunky and are surprisingly light. Most importantly they keep your feet warm and keep any and all moisture OUT! You could trudge around in sleet, snow, puddles, mud for hours and stay toasty and dry, and I have chronically cold feet so I would know! The tread is really substantial as I mentioned and I feel totally comfortable hiking in these in winter or just hanging Christmas lights on a ladder outside. I can't praise these boots enough! If you're look for the cutest and least boot looking waterproof boots in the world, these are not for you, but if you want a real winter work horse boot that you can actually wear under boot cut jeans to work and not look completely silly, these are a winner! Review:I Loved these boots for the first few weeks, they were warm and cozy and fit well. However once we hit the first day of slush in the sidewalks my feet got wet! Within an hour of being out! I live in the city and walk on sidewalks, not even the worst these boots should be able to handle, being advertised as waterproof- and with "waterproof" written on the boots themselves! Now we're in the midst of a blizzard and I have no choice but to go to work tomorrow in them and have wet cold feet until I can get to a store and buy other boots- a pain bc most stores don't even sell them this time of year. I'm so disappointed I have to buy new boots- as I'm past the return window for amazon. I'd expect Columbia waterproof boots to last through at least ONE winter if not more. And I'd rather be spending money on spring shoes having already spent for winter boots I now have to throw out. I also wrote to Columbia costumer service about this and got no response. Very unhappy. Review:Ok it took me awhile to write this review and my pictures shown very worn boots. These boots rock!!! Worn throughout a very cold winter in Winnipeg Manitoba and never ever had cold feet. The sizing was a titch larger than expected but ok for winter boots cuz usually u go a bit larger for winter boots but I would suggest just go with your regular shoe size. These r roomy. The fur is just a decorative edging on top which I didn't expect but it's ok. Easy on and off no annoying boot liner to deal with. Amazing and affordable winter boot. Great sturdy grippy soles!!!! They even look ok. I might have wanted prettier boots but they couldn't have checked all the other boxes. I did not waterproof the suede but my feet never got wet. Perfect winter boots. Review:I was weary about ordering boots online as my feet are a little wide and my calves are very big, but I did a lot of research and took a leap of faith. I was NOT disappointed. I have had them for about a month and a half now and I can say that these are the best winter boots I have ever worn. They are extremely comfortable - I have worn them all day long several times and did not experience ANY discomfort. None. The lace goes all the way to the bottom and the top of the boots open fully, so I have no issue fitting my big calves into these, even with bulky pants on. They look GREAT worn. They fit so well and are so comfortable that I do not even need to lace them up to wear them, so they are PERFECT for just leaving undone and just slipping on and off if you need to go for a quick drive or take the dog out. I have walked through snow in these and they are 100% waterproof and very warm. The inside is lined with faux fur almost all the way down, so they're super comfy. The soles have very good grip, but of course, boots will only do so much on slippery ice. They're probably not THE smallest boots you could get, but they are by no means clunky and they feel quite light to wear. In terms of size, I'm going to be very specific because every has different feet and it's hard to buy boots online! I purchased an 8.5 and they fit perfectly - comfy with regular thin socks but still room for thick socks. In "fashion" boots/shoes, I typically wear a size 8. In flats, I normally buy a size 7-7.5 and they KILL my feet until I break them in for about a week, then they fit once they've stretched out. My feet are roughly 8.5" long and a bit over 3.5" wide at the widest, just under the toes. They're chubby. My calves are pretty big - they NEVER fit into regular tall boots, and usually do not fit into "wide calf" boots. Overall: the best winter boots I've ever owned. Comfy enough to wear all day, warm, waterproof, can slip on and off without tying. Totally worth the price, even though I don't normally pay so much for one clothing article! Read more

Review:These are comfortable boots, easy to put on and take off. After looking at every pair of snow boots on Amazon, and returning several pairs, I decided to pay extra to get these because they had a wide width fitting. I have very wide feet so went a half size up; unfortunately, this meant the length was a little big. I was unable to wear thick socks because there was no room on the width. It snowed just after I received them so I decided to try them out. There was no grip whatsoever on the sole, I immediately slid on the ice and had to hang on to the side when crossing an icy bridge. I wrote to the seller to ask if the grip would improve if I wear them in; however, I received a reply from Amazon stating that my return had been accepted. I pointed out that this did not answer my question but had no joy so decided it was best to return them. The search continues! Read more

Review:I truly love these boots, they definitely do what their designed for, a real good looking boot that can be worn with pretty much anything and very easy on the eye and although built to keep you warm and battle the elements it definitely has a ladylike structure to it as well as longevity so with that said I would definitely give these boots 5 stars although i am very disappointed as I ordered a UK8 and received a UK7.5 so I will have repost back to the US and hopefully get them exchanged, I hope the new ones come before the snow arrives...... fingers crossed.
