Review:Listen closely folks this item IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK. It's a worthless waste of money. It's nothing but a crappy voice recording devices more-or-less than plays what you say through FREEE TRANSLATORS, you can do this with google in real time for free. I bought this thinking it would be good for in person, and pc and phone. It's utter trash. Never seen anything like it. It is very miss leading, it only works with wooask. Yes it mentions in in the description, but its wordy misleading, that you can use it, very tricky language used, and a simple way, old technic. a real piece of crap app that is very slow and congested. It's horrid. I spend thousands a monthly on Amazon, I don't write reviews like this. BUT THIS ITEM, OMG...So misleading. And Such a piece of crap. WOW...it looks cool, but its trash. Review:The speaker on this device is loud and clear. After I downloaded the app and connected the device to my smartphone, it worked seamlessly. We actually got this for the young people in the family to be able to understand their great grandmother’s German. So I hooked it up to work with an older iPhone and she knows to simply hold the button down on the device, speak after it beeps, then it tells people in English what she wants to say. Since we couldn’t afford much, we thought we’d give this a try and it has been an absolute miracle! The kids have never been able to really understand their ‘GG’ before and it is so simple for her to use. She can speak to her nurse now too!! Review:I bought this device to help me communicate properly with my girlfriend. She speaks fluent Chinese but her English isn't the best. I am the exact opposite. I can speak English but not Chinese. This device accurately translated complex sentences in Chinese and English and did it decently quick. For people that have issues getting the device to capture what you're saying properly, make sure that you speak directly into the mic hole at the side of the upper left corner and start speaking after the beep when holding the button. In doing so, you should be able to communicate properly with someone who speaks a different language. Read more

Review:My daughter is learning both Spanish and Japanese. She wants something that can guide her in language learning that is reason why I bought this for her. She was quite thrilled. It has a compact design and much slimmer than my iPhone so it fit her small palm. She demonstrated that to me how it works. An App is needed and the translation is accurate and the voice is clear. Review:This little thinking worth the $. I was sceptical at first bc it was waaaaay cheaper than the rest. Essentially you download an ap, and push a button while you talk, then it translates for you. Just like a person would. Written or spoken! Really cool. Helps when you live near many who speak different languages! Read more
