Review:I bought this with a bunch of Legos, attracted to the fact that it was a 3 in 1 set. I skipped over the fact that this is a Lego-like, but not a Lego set. I usually build Legos with one of my gandsons, most often these days with the 7-year-old. The directions with this set are OK, but a bit difficult to read because the black color of the pieces makes subtle distinctions in the pieces hard to see in the instruction booklet. My main concers is that the pieces don't always fit together as readily as authentic Legos do. The set is rated 6+. Kids that age will have difficulty with this set, hence the low rating. Read more

Review:The lego pieces are mostly the same color and the instructions were harder to follow when they showed different tones of grey/black legos to build together. Make sure you know that when the colors change, they are showing you what you should have already put together. The black pieces show you the ones you need to put on the lego for each page of the instructions. The lego looks nice and each of the three builds are cool designs.
