Review:I would not recommend this product at all. One of the first ingredients, meaning that is the product that is in it the most, is alcohol!!! I applied it in my daughters hair and rinsed out. It felt extremely dryer than it was before so I checked the ingredients and found myself extremely disappointed. A hydrating conditioner made up mostly of alcohol? Not happy with this conditioner at all. Read more

Review:Very gentle and moisturizing shampoo. I have to use a very mild shampoo due to eczema spot on base of scalp. It is just one very irritating and itchy area that was caused by an ingredient in adult shampoo . Doctor recommended baby shampoo due to the mildness of it. My scalp no longer itches in that one spot since I have used it. If you use a lot of product in your hair like gels, hair spray, mousse it may not be able to remove all that product as it is made for babies hair and of course babies usually don't have all that product in their hair. I only use a very light amount of mousse on the ends of my hair only so the baby shampoo is fine. Usually once a month I will use a clarifying shampoo just to get rid of everything. I also have blonde color hair and it doesn't affect the color at all. I know some people say baby shampoo strips color but for my hair that hasn't happened. I would say maybe purchase a trial size if it is available or just buy a bottle and its only about $4.00 and try it on a strip of your hair if you color it and see if it takes the color out before you use it on your whole head. If it strips your color the baby shampoo is great to use as a body wash, to wash your makeup brushes, and even I have used a little bit on my hand-washable items like hosiery or bras. That way its not wasted if it doesn't work in your hair. I have also added some to soap pumps for hand soap. I really like the ultra moisturizing baby shampoo, I wish I could find the companion conditioner. I had ordered it on Amazon but it never came in. I am not sure if Johnson's is making the conditioner anymore but the shampoo is awesome! Read more

Review:I was looking for new products as my son is 3 and has moved up from “baby” products. I bought this due to the good reviews. The first night we used it, I noticed a red area on his forehead but just chalked it up to him sweating and maybe something rubbed it. The next night, his entire forehead, cheeks, and around his ears broke out in a red rash with bumps about 30 min after his bath. The rash stayed for about 2 days (I stopped using it) and it slowly went away. Sadly, I would not use this if your child has sensitive skin. I guess you get what you pay for and I will be buying the more expensive products that don’t cause my son to break out. Read more

Review:Before I was using just a body soap shampoo on my three month old but I noticed her hair Felt Like Straw. Decided to seek out a shampoo and this product is amazing. First one I've tried but it makes her hair so soft. I'm not too fond of the smell but it's not super overpowering like some baby products. Just personal preference I'm not a big perfumey person but it does great and I'm so happy it's making her hair healthy! Read more

Review:We love this conditioner. We use the matching shampoo. It’s doesn’t really have a scent, but definitely cleans our hair. We have a lot of allergies, but can use this without any problems. Love it!!! Read more

Review:3/5 stars because the fragrance is so overpowering. Of course this is subjective, but I just feel it’s too strong and “cheap” smelling, similar to the smell of a dollar store or Pert Plus. It’s tolerable when it wears off, but sometimes gives me a headache while washing the kids. We switched from a Shea Butter shampoo to J&J because the reviews mentioned it gave their kids soft, healthy hair. I do agree with this; the girls hair is soft, fluffy, and healthy looking. It lathers well, and feels like it is moisturizing their hair during these dry winter months. When air dried or blow dried, the hair comes out thick and soft, very nice. It has gotten in their eyes a few times, with no tears and no fuss, which is also a positive. The bottle could be designed better, it’s slippery in the hands and the cap is tough to open at times. If J&J made a fragrance free version of this, I would probably buy it for life and give it 5/5 stars. Read more

Review:I've been searching forever for an affordable oil-free and silicone-free conditioner and this is IT. My hair is fine, non-porous, and curly. My skin is oily and sensitive. Every hypoallergenic conditioner I scoped out was 10+ dollars per bottle. This is affordable and works great! It doesnt have a ton of slip but it has enough to detangle if you're gentle. Doesn't irritate my skin and my hair is much less oily on the second day. I follow this up with the Active kids conditioning spray and a little bit of my favorite gel and I'm good to go. Read more
