Review:I will be returning this product asap. I got it and tried it a few times before I went away for the holiday. As soon as I'm back it's being returned. The product is a joke. Almost all the needle packs came defected and the few that I did manage to salvage come undone while ur sliding it along ur face. I used extra serum to make sure I was greasy and my skin wasn't dry and making it twist off. One fell off on the floor. Not to mention it hurts really bad on ur forehead even with numbing cream if u do the length to actaully penetrate ur skin. It makes ur very red and blotchy but no results at all. I would of liked to try it until a the needle packs were used but unfortunately only 3 packs were not defective that I could use. The needles in the defective packs were bent and the cheap plastic around them were cracked or shattered. Garbage product. I hope they give me a refund when I sent it back. Waste of time and money. It may be more expensive at an actual dermatologist but this proves u get what you pay for. Read more

Review:Update: I bought this on Jan 10, 2020. The derma pen action does work and the device worked well for 3 months. It looks well designed. I was thrilled. Unfortunately, starting in April, the on/off switch started to be glitchy. I would press it down for 5-10 seconds very hard and it wouldn't turn on. Then I would try it in the morning. And it would work. As a note, I didn't get it wet or drop it. I just keep it on my bathroom shelf. Anyways, it's gotten annoying to use now. I tried contacting the seller but they won't help me. I will try contacting Amazon and the company to see if they can help me but I doubt it. Just want to let anyone know that is thinking about getting this to be aware of this possibly happening to you I bought this for hairless. I am 33 and a male and I noticed a bit of a receding hairline several months ago. I came across derma pen and it's use for hair growth at 1.5mm weekly. I have been using the derma pen every week pretty much since I bought it several months ago. I was also using it on my skin to try and reduce my pore size in my face and eliminate scars on my skin. I also started recently using it at .25 mm for better absorption of skin products as it apparently 10x the absorption . I have also been using minoxidil. So I have been only doing the right side of my body. And for the hair regrowth, I have noticed a slight improvement. With the pore size, a slight improvement as well (exfoliator worked much better so far). The main thing I have noticed is it handles scars amazingly well. I had an old scar on my right forearm, some scratch that is gone completely. Even though I know where it is and look really close, it's completely gone. Obviously this took several weeks, possibly twi months of using it every week or two, 1.5mm. But I thought that was pretty incredible. Your skin has a tendency to peel and be itchy the next day or two. I put coconut oil to help sooth the skin. The only thing I have noticed that could be improved a lot is the case. It is awkward to use and not well designed. Read more

Review:Came broken. As many others said, the needle length did not adjust and the cartridge just vibrated...did not go up and down! Frustrating as I wasted numbing cream on face! Read more

Review:Oddly, the first 12 pin cartridge I tried did not go up and down --only vibrated. This made is very painful and difficult to use. I tried the 36 pin cartridge and it worked beautifully --hardly hurt at all. I don't know if the first cartridge was just defective or what...I didn't want to open another one up and contaminate it. For this reason, I'm only giving it 4 stars. After using the 36 pin cartridge, my face was red with a little pinpoint bleeding but looked fine the next day. Overall, a great product, I'm so glad I bought it. My face looks great and it will save me so much money! Read more

Review:I like the fact that mine stopped working, and when I contacted customer service and she said that she was going to replace the device for me, which she did not have to do because it's been after 30 days. So I'm giving them a good rating because I think that's great customer service.and believe it or not people look at the star ratings,I know I do ,and if I see good stars I'll order. Read more

Review:I purchased this to use instead of my derma roller. The derma roller was an off brand. It has always given me good results but I wanted something more professional. I figured I would get better results. The packaging was good and sealed properly. It doesn’t look very hi tech, but when I changed the batteries they held their charge and didn’t give out. I’m still on my first battery charge and this is after doing my whole face and a scar on my hand. The process took less than half the time as my derma roller. Yes, it’s painful at lower speed settings. It works great at higher speed settings with minimal pain, just keep it moving. Don’t set it on your face and randomly stab your skin because it will hurt. I used mine between 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm because my naso labial areas were thick and the needles didn’t penetrate. You are supposed to use this product every four to six weeks. It’s not a quick fix. However, I had cut my hand and it left a very bad scar. The reason it’s was ugly was because I didn’t go to the emergency room. The cut was made by a glass while I washed dishes. I ran this over my scar at 1.5 applying pressure gently. Then followed up with bio oil. The pictures don’t lie. I’m not very good at applying the bio oil. The Dr. Pen did the trick. My hand looks weird but it’s really normal 😝. The scar was at a weird location on my hand. But the pictures don’t lie. Read more
