Review:The one one the left is the newest version; the lid says new formula. Review:When I was in college I got to go live in Germany for a year as an exchange student. I had a fantastic time, but it never failed that there was always someone around with HORRIBLE body odor. In the computer lab, the cafeteria, the pub it didn't matter. Not everybody smelled bad, but the ones that did ruined it for everyone. Then came the time I had to buy new deodorant for myself while living there. I got some random Nivea stuff, seemed popular, good brand. That stuff made me smell worse than if I had worn no deodorant at all! I came to the realization that maybe these people actually are trying NOT to smell bad, but their deodorant simply made them smell worse! Well I got some of this Dove crap the other day and it took me right back to Germany again. At first I thought it was someone else stinking up the train. Then I got home and changed into my "comfy" clothes. I was rotten. Rancid. I smelled like I ate one of the bad BO German's and was emanating their stink from my own pits. It was bad. I figured it was a one off and tried it again the next day. BIG MISTAKE! This is the worst possible deodorant in the history of mankind. It should be called Odorant because it truly does make you smell worse. I feel like I'm being trolled in real life. Someone switched out a perfectly good stick of deodorant with fart spray or something. Nope, it's just bad. Please don't buy this stuff. And if you happen to be out in public and get a horrible whiff of BO, maybe just ask the person if they happen to use Dove Men Plus Care Deodorant Stick and tell them to use something else too. Review:I just started using a new batch of this deodorant. This is my first batch was the new blue gel instead of the white dry type. This is what happened to my armpits after a week. The results speak for themselves. I love many dove products, but this was very disappointing. Please bring back the old formula. Read more

Review:I've been using this product, purchased at local "mega-retailer" like Target, for many years. To be clear: I'm reviewing and referring to the blue [not white] gel stick; the NON-antiperspirant. It obviously doesn't affect sweat, but for a regular day in the air conditioned office -- I preferred this. The locally-purchased product worked great for me for those sorts of days, and is what I preferred. What I received from this Amazon purchase is visibly different -- the stick is a "creamy blue" in appearance (still not indicated as an antiperspirant, and not nearly as white as an antiperspirant). But it's different from local purchases. I don't know if I got an "international" version, or a knockoff -- but whatever I received from my Amazon purchase DOES NOT WORK as a deodorant. Halfway through my low-key day sitting in an air-conditioned office using the product from Amazon, I smell terrible and it's embarrassing. This does not happen with the sticks of this exact same product that I buy locally. Read more

Review:I've used this stuff for years. Within the past few months I've noticed that I smell bad early in the day. I thought maybe my laundry detergent was weak, or maybe I had some chemical imbalance going on. Then I run out of deodorant and come here to order more, and I see all these reviews with the same problem, which apparently began after Dove changed the formula. I never would have thought to blame a product that I've used for years with no issues. Shame on Dove for making an inferior product, and in the process, making thousands of people smell bad and feel self-conscious, just to save themselves a buck! Read more

Review:When you first apply the deodorant, the fragrant smells great. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last long. After a few hours of usage, my pits smell weird. It is apparent that its longevity is not as long-lasting as it declares it to be. I don't even sweat that much when I use this product but the scent still changes. I shower, put on the deodorant, drive to work (where my office is fully air conditioned, btw), then after a few hours at work, the nice fragrant it initially has is gone. Good thing though the perfume I use is stronger and long-lasting than my deodorant. Disappointed in this product. Read more

Review:I have been using this for almost a year, great smell, but it doesn't work at all. I thought it was me, working outside but I didn't sweat inside and it made my clothes (armpits) smell bad after putting it on after a shower within 30 minutes . I honestly was shocked.
