Review:I have been working towards managing portion control, and down-sizing my pasta bowls was a big step towards that goal, since I use them for almost all my home meals. I still wanted something with a nice lip for soups and such, but wanted it to be wide enough for a sandwich/burger as well. Never thought I would own a Souffle dish, but here we are. Simple, durable, perfect size for my need, and affordable. If you are looking to passively manage portion control, I highly recommend checking these dishes out. Plus, they are oven safe as well, so my favorite adage of "If it doesn't have 2 uses, its useless" is satisfied as well! Just ordered a second dish, going to donate my old pasta bowls and never look back! Just a side note, my dish did not come with a little spoon. Doesn't bother me, as I was never going to use it anyway, but it is advertised as included so I figured I would mention that. P.S. -1 star for the packaging, CRAZY amount of styrofoam. It's 2020, there are plenty of eco-friendly packing material options available. Please use them, it helps everyone! Thanks! Edit: After ordering a second one, I discovered the spoon is tucked away in the block of packing foam, so there was most likely a spoon in my first one after all, and I just never saw it, and threw it away with the packing foam. Review:I use this ceramic dish in my hot air fryer on all heat and timer settings. When it cools I move it to the table where I can cut my food directly on it with a sharp steak knife without scratching it. Try it and you will like it. Read more

Review:This is the cutest thing. It looks great on the shelf, and can't wait to use it. I bought it to make small loaves of no-knead peasant bread (King Arthur recipe), but now need to find a souffle recipe so I can present it on the table. It was boxed securely and simply in a plain white box, and would make a lovely, classy gift for the cook in your life. Maybe with a souffle recipe thrown in. Maybe say in yellow or blue? Review:Ordered this last year Dec 2019 to use in my Instant Pot. The description was 32 ounce, white, soufflé dish. What I received was 24 ounces, but worked perfect for my custard, so I kept it. This year I went to the order that was archived in “orders and returns” and clicked the “buy it again” option. The same color and same-looking soufflé picture was there, so I ordered it. I wanted to stack them together in the instant pot, so needed the exact same size. What I received was a 2 quart, ORANGE, soufflé. So, if you want a specific size and color, be very aware you may be getting whatever random ceramic is on the shelf! Read more
