I’m a independent contract carrier and I do deliveries from midnight till sun rise.I got these safety lights to give my personal vehicle some visibility to other drivers because I go down a lot of dark streets and neighborhoods with hardly any street lights.This product is just what I needed and could afford for the price.I would have gave this a 5 star rating but for one problem I found and from the looks of a few other reviews,other customers have had as well.When I first installed theses lights for some reason the fuse kept blowing out after every uses.I checked the car cigarette lighter for any shorts and it was ok so I checked the lights and found the problem.For you DIY guys your going to have to take the whole light apart ,pull the circuit board out the housing unit and your going to find that the factory solder to the main power and negative Red/Black wire has a little extra solder on the circuit board that’s causing it to make contact and therefore short out the plug fuse.To fix this problem I just carefully scratch off the extra solder around the red and black wires and put the light back together and I haven’t had any problems with fuse blowing out ever since.The light is very bright for day and night use.Its way worth its price. Review:The product did not fit correctly in my front window, and would not adjust to fit. I had to install a bracket on both sides to extend the suction bar to fit properly. Once it was made to fit the window I used it, lights are a decent brightness and could be noticed. My biggest issue once it was installed is the plastic melted. Now I get it, it’s hot here in Florida, but if your gunna sell an item meant to be in a window under the sun. It really shouldn’t melt like that. I took it out before it damaged my vehicle. I just got these today in amber color for my Truck/SUV since I park on the side of the road constantly and I like to be more visible on the highway as well. So far they work great and very easy to install. The LEDs are bright during the day which is awesome and VERY bright at night which is even better! (video I uploaded is at nighttime but might upload daytime vid later).. The lights have lots of modes to please anyone's needs or preference. I will see how they hold up and update the review accordingly, but for the price you can't beat these LED lights. Read more

Review:I work as a law enforcement officer and work a second job in which in in the road and need to move traffic for lane and road closures. I have used several name brand led law enforcement lights and I needed a set of amber/clear that did not break the bank. I read the reviews and went ahead and purchased two of the lights figuring if they sucked I was only out $40. When I opened the box the first impression I had was that the housing was cheap and plastic and light. I then went and plugged the lights up and was immediately impressed with the brightness! OMG Amazing! They are as bright and clear as my Whelen Talons! Very visible during the day and super at night. I wired the lights together and they synced well. I can't comment on the durability as of yet but with just a couple of days in I am super impressed! Read more

Review:Bought 2 of these one for the front and one for the back 3/28/16 Love them they are super bright. I put it next to my Whelen Amber strobes that was near 200 and it's pretty darn close for only costing $30 some bucks. I'm sure time, as for the reviews saying dangerous they get hot, well neither of my 2 got hot; shoot they barley got warm and that was a hour of use. As for the plugs well same thing they had no issues of getting hot. Now to the quality well I'd say that's still a 5 star for being what it is... It's all plastic other then the bracket but I don't see that being a issue I mean it's inside the car. Others stated the bracket aim sucks, well maybe if you have a very steep windshield. Mine fit great in my Yukon point straight ahead. Will update later Read more

Upon opening the box, plastic housing around the light is scratched all over, easy to put together, has a total of 3 fuses and out of the 3 fuses 2 are spares. Very very bright lights. Plug gets very hot during use, like u can’t touch the plug hot. Through and through so far good product. 3 stars because of the scratches and kinda worried about how hot it gets. Suctions work good if you warm the windshield before attaching. Read more

Review:Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Ok, so, I didn't read the entire description when I bought these. They come as a single unit. Meaning, one amber strip with one white strip together, in one plastic case. These are NOT sold in pairs. They come with a cigar lighter plug already attached with a power switch on the back of it. I cut that off and wired these into a switch box that I ordered. The wiring for these units, is tiny. I may have to end up soldering and taping the connections. We'll see. They work great!! Plenty bright and plenty simple operation. Now we will find out how long they last. Also, I am currently using the suction cup mounting system that they come with. They've been up there for three days now and haven't fallen. I'll do an update in a few weeks. Or sooner if something happens. Read more

Review:Haven’t had any issues out of this but the longest it’s ran is 45min. Recently replaced it with amber/white that had a more rich amber. This one is more yellow-amber but it’s still worth it. I took a look inside & attached photos for anyone interested. Quality control isn’t a big thing here but it looks like they test them as they are assembled then make adjustments if soldering is needed. The entire base is aluminum and the LEDs have a thin line of thermal paste under them. I’d say the big radial capacitor would probably be an issue since it could rattle loose. The power leads aren’t soldered well. The 5v Voltage regulator datasheet that I found showed 15v max input. There is nothing inside the adapter plug except a switch, fuse & spring. Check your vehicle voltage to ensure you don’t overheat the internal regulator. I like the flash patterns! Read more
