Review:Just recently I was in great need of security cameras for my new start-up business. Besides night vision, video recordable, My additional requirements are: I need 12 cameras but for three separate locations for my start-up business; it should be wireless because I can’t afford the cost asking licensed electrician to drill the holes and to connect; and these cameras should be HD; they should be weatherproof. That is reason I bought three sets of 4CH 1080P HD Outdoor Security Cameras Video System because they are exactly what I want! Review:I ordered the 1080P All-in-One, 8-Channel, Wireless system with the 12” Monitor and 4 Cameras to replace an old Lorex Wireless System. System arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. Due to extremely limited free time I initially set up the system with all of the cameras in various locations inside my house to test it out. The cameras all paired up with the NVR flawlessly, although one of the four cameras was a bit sluggish to connect. After a week of indoor testing and monitoring I did a temporary setup of the cameras in what will be their final exterior locations. Had some connectivity issues with one of the locations and contacted Anran Support for assistance. I am currently working with Judy who is awesome and extremely helpful, with a genuine desire to resolve any issues. The instructions that came with the unit are fairly detailed, yet somewhat confusing. However, what may be lacking in the documentation is more than made up for with their customer support! Review:I bought this set to replace my old security camera system and it was a good decision to buy this set. Everything is way better than on my old system. The cameras are sturdy and flexible to mount wherever I needed them. Some I mounted underneath the roof, one at the wall and two on the top of a concrete slab and I didn't even have to rotate the footage, because the cameras can be rotated and pointed to virtually every angle or position as needed. The cameras are very light-weight and that made it also easy to mount. The system came pre-connected and after turning on the NVR I already had all cameras visible. The process to add the phone app couldn't be easier with the QR code on the screen provided. Never seen it so easy. Communication has always been stable and even a power-outage didn't cause any harm. The system just rebooted after power came back and started recording. I still have the included instructions manual sealed and never used because the set-up was so easy and straight forward. Videos are sharp and clear, colors accurate and well exposed. IR assistance at nighttime helps a lot. There's not even problems with glaring when the sun is shining directly into the camera. Review:Absolutely amazing picture quality! The night vision is top notch, especially considering this isnt even a fraction of what my old security system cost in the last house. We put this one on my mom's house and property because she's in the middle of BFE and I have concerns now that we don't live right down the road. There is no light around except for the moon and if she has the outdoor lights on, which isn't often. This camera picked up the animals coming up to the porches in pretty crystal picture, so I have no doubts a person would be spot on detailed if they were poking around. The cameras were a breeze to install too. We actually snaked extension cord under the eaves and plugged everything in to the strip inside the garage so that no one could just creep to the side and pop out the camera power. Very happy with this system for sheer peace of mind and the fact that my picture is better than that grainy crap you see on cop shows. Just saying Read more

Review:I was looking for a DIY security system (with monitor) to replace a poor setup I have had for a few years now. I came across "ANRAN", which was not the cheapest on the market, but had very good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance and ordered the 4 camera - 1080p with 12" monitor. It was shipped fast and when the system arrived, I could not not have been more satisfied with the product. It came packaged well with all the accessories needed to "plug and play. It was solid, made very well (not with plastic components) and the clarity of the 1080p cameras and monitor are second to none. The company (Thank you to "Billy" in customer service) was very helpful with any questions I had and also provided me with 2 new 5.5mm x 2.1mm extension cables to reach power for a couple of the cameras because the cables I already had in place would not work with these cameras. I could have bought a less expensive, similar brand or model, but am very pleased I went with ANRAN and would definitely recommend! Read more

Review:The Camera 2.0MP picture feed was clear. It was easy to set up, and the DVR picked up the wireless camera ok from the second floor, and outside where I temporarily housed them before any permanent installation. However, I noticed that especially the night view from close range few minutes after it switched over, if you do not know the person it picked up, it would be difficult o recognize. Additionally, I also noticed that from the picture across the street, the individual moving up and down the street to and other talking, it tends to freeze like it was slow internet speed, and it looked like they were being forwarded when they moved. Maybe an extended range antenna would have made a difference So why it was returned, this one Hard Drive failed because the feed to the monitor would go blank in a few minutes, and it wasn’t the monitor. Overall, I received excellent tech support, but the time zone made it difficult to get the information needed as I would have liked. If they were to develop an analog version, I would buy. Based on this information, hard drive failure, inconsistent picture, I am giving it 3.5 to 4 stars. Read more
