Review:This beautiful holder is doing it's job very well. I had to rub the holder down with about 10 paper towels to remove the extra stain, but that was a relatively short process. The included hooks were something new to me. I included pictures of the instructions and hooks. I hammered the 4 nails on each hook into my drywall and they seem to be holding very well. I also added a couple velcro command strips to the bottom to help secure the holder to the wall when I'm pulling the keys off the hooks. Read more

Review:I’m very disappointed to have waited so long for a product and have a defected product sent to me. Shipping box was intact, product was sent broken and product with missing chips as if it had fallen prior to shipping. Also it wasn’t wrapped in white foam instead was shipped just as seen in the picture, looks like someone had simply opened the package and resent it. In addition, for those looking at purchasing product is not as sturdy as it appears in pictures made out of very flimsy and cheap quality wood. Read more

Review:This product comes with some really terrible plastic clips that hammer into the wall, and then the key holder mounts on the plastic clips. The mount hangs on the clips, like a picture frame on a single nail or wire, instead of actually being fastened to the wall. So if you're keys get hung on the fixture, you pull the whole thing down. In an attempt to try to fix this, I tried to just screw the whole thing to the wall, that way it couldn't be pulled off of the wall. When I did that, the fake wood split and the entire thing turned into junk. I've worked my entire life in construction, so I should have been able to hang this with ease. The quality of the material is so bad I couldn't even put one single screw through it to make it work, and that is just pathetic. If you want a key holder that you can rip off the wall if your keys barely get stuck on it, then this product is for you. If you want a god, solid product, look anywhere else. Review:When I first opened this, I thought the traceless nails that hold up the shelf were missing the hook part. But the square plastic piece meant to go at the *top of the nail, rests slightly out from the wall a bit. So the sawtooth holder on the shelf catches it, and it holds the shelf in, nice and flush, to the wall. It was my first experience using them. Have you ever installed a shelf with regular hooks or nails, only to find that the shelf tips toward you slightly? These type of traceless nails are a remedy for that! I'm going to have to try to find some for another shelf with this problem. As for the shelf itself, it seems quite sturdy so far, and is attractive. It's a great way to hang up masks, but I also have scissors, dog leash and harness, sunglasses, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, etc, residing on it. It really cleared off my (launching pad :D) table that I have by the door. It looks much less cluttered. I'm not digging around on it to find what I need before I dash out the door. Read more

Review:Had to return this due to coming in broken. One of the smaller pieces came broken in the box. The wood is not sturdy and feels really cheap. The thing is held together by small nails that come out easily. Look for another heavier piece. Read more

Review:This is a really nice product, and it was really easy for me to install, but I do have two complaints. 1. The directions gave me an incorrect measurement between the hangers. As a result, I had to remove one of the plastic wall mounts. There was an extra plastic wall mount in the package. Probably put there for after you placed the original mounts according to the instructions. 2. There were three round drips of stain on the mail holding area. I was able to rub most of the excess stain off with a cotton swab, but didn't think that I should have had to. It was brand new. Read more

Review:Got this after my wife decided she was tired of me setting the keys on the counters when coming home at night. It now has all our keys hanging on it, which is probably a good thing given our propensity for losing keys. It also serves to hold mail and important documents well, and has a little plant on the side to "liven things up a little". Installation was quick and easy with the included tooth hooks, or whatever they're called. One improvement I could think of to make is to add a mount point on the bottom as well as the two on top, probably centered. A few times so far I've almost yanked the whole thing off the wall when taking my keys off in too much of a hurry, catching the hook in the process. If the bottom were secured it wouldn't be an issue. But beyond that, it works just fine. Read more

Review:Item received is different to one pictured. Feels like it is made from some kind of light flimsy wood. Hooks are single not double. Does not come with seamless hooks to attach to wall as shown in picture. Seems like people overseas get the correct item but if ordered from Australia you will probably get completely different item.
