Review:They need to improve how they ship the paper but the paper itself is very nice and professional... The box had some damage when it arrived. They need to improve the quality of the box that the reels of paper are delivered in but the paper itself is very good and I would recommend it to anyone who needs this amount of paper or more. Two thumbs up for the paper and it's quality but my thumbs lack the same enthusiasm for the box it came in as it was partially damaged due to less than a high quality box to be delivered in. Review:Paper incredibly thin. Not comparable to any other 20 pound paper. As you can see in the photos it bleeds through if you print on both sides. In fact it bleeds through even if you’re printing one side so much so that you can read what is written on the back side. Read more

Review:Bonne qualité de papier. Le papier a été livré dans la boite d'origine de Hammermill qui devait convenir 10 rames de papier. Comme il n'en contenait que 8 (4000 feuilles) les rames étaient lousses dans la boite et sont arrivés déchirées probablement du au transport. Privilégier l'achat de 6 rames au lieu de 8 et ainsi elles seront expédiés dans la boite d'origine du 6 boites. Read more

Review:The box was opened and resealed before, there were markings on the box RTS ("Return to Sender"), all the paper reams were split open, many of them were banged on the corners, and one of them seemed to have paper removed from it!! I appreciate that returns are inspected and sent out again, but that should only be after quality control and repackaging like new. The box was too heavy and bulky to deal with returning, so I just accepted the inferior product and lesson learned. Read more
